Shipping policy

All products are "made to order" and may take 2-5 days for production and handling.  Each order will display various services available with corresponding rates for your shipping address.  Each shipment will be covered with the carrier's insurance.  Any questions or claims for damaged, delayed, or missing shipments should be taken up with the selected carrier.
